No morning bosu so I did some abs and cardio.

Ab circuit 3 cycles 15-25 reps each exercise:
hanging leg raises
decline crunch
reverse crunch on decline
crunch
vsit
bicycles

Cardio on the step mill. Lasted a whopping 15 mins, lol. Too hot in the gym.

Bosu tonight
49 mins
ave hr 120
