Bosu this morning. Then back & bis. Bosu was a little tough after hitting legs yesterday. My knees were sore and back was tight. I got my squat up to 185 yestday....haven't been there in almost a year because of my back. It felt good. Legs felt like they could have done more...back..not so much.
