Pull ups:
BW x 8, 8, 6, 5

Tri set - HS high row, HS low row, back ext
High row
35 x 10 x 3 sets
Low row
50 x 10 x 3 sets
back ext
BW x 15 x 3 sets

Bicep cable curl drop sets - 3 sets
80 x 5
65 x 5
50 x 5
35 x 5

cardio was done on the ladder today.
30 mins
ave hr 142
318 cals
