No training today. I was in a management meeting most of the afternoon. I felt like a zombie today....that meeting was tough to stay focused on, lol. NOt sure why. I had a high carb day yesterday but I think I overdid things with that leg workout and 40 mins of cardio.

My legs are completely fried today; seriously painful not just sore. Heels are still bleeding and I'm just completely exhausted. This is the first really tough day I've had. So I can't complain.

So I'm giving myself a break today (who used to say that McDonalds?.....I think I have food way too much on the brain.) Resting up and will hit cardio with twice as much intensity tomorrow.
