Wow, I havent worked out in a week. Oh well, sometimes we have setbacks. I hope it hasn't taken me too far off track.

Back workout was pretty good.....better than I expected, but not sensational. Cardio was good. I didnt think I'd get through 20 mins and managed to cruise through 30.

Pull ups

TRi set: wide grip cable rows, straight arm push down, db row
wg cable row
80 x 10 x 3

straight arm push down
85 x 10 x 3

db row
40 x 10 x 2
45 x 10 x 1

Bicep superset: ez bar 7's or 21's or whatever you call them, db cross body hammer curl
ez bar 7's
35 x 21 x 3

db cross body hammer
15 x 10 x 3

Cardio was done on the Arc trainer. Felt good.
