A much needed workout today. I cant really say I'm stressed, but just have a lot on my mind. No big deal, just regular job, health, competing, kids issues. It all just decided to clutter my head today. The iron felt good and help to clear things, if only temporarily.

Incline DB chest press

Circuit of: pec dec, incline push ups, bench dips, rope tri extension, 3 rounds
Pec dec
90 x 10-15 x 3
Incline push ups
BW x 15 x 3
Bench dips - feet up

Rope
75 x 8-10 x 3

Cardio was on my much missed Jacobs Ladder. It was a tough workout today though. Usually I can crank right along but today it felt like a chore and I was counting every minute.
