What a great combination. I actually enjoyed doing legs today. Well, I enjoy it any other day, but it really felt good on a Friday. I hit them circuit style, which I'm not sure was a good idea or not. My energy still isnt 100%. I felt like it was a good workout but now I'm wiped out. I guess thats why they make coffee.

Leg press, wide stance
6 plates x 10 x 3

DB deadlift
55 x 10 x 3

Single leg squats holding db's
20 x 10 x 3

Leg ext
120 x 10 x 3

Lying leg curl
90 x 10 x 3

Seated calf raise
115 x 10 x 3

5 min double stepping on the deathmill x 3
