I hiked a small mountain near my house this morning.....I hope I can count that as my cardio. I burned over 700 cals and my heartrate was up over 160 at times on the way up. I know I was huffin' and puffin' despite all the cardio lately, lol.

It was a great follow up to the leg circuit yesterday too, ha!

Ended up with a 1.7 lb loss this week, so that's cool. I was surprised.
