Seated cable overhead press
40 x 10 x 3

Tri set:
DB lateral raise
12 x 10 x 3

DB rear delts
15 x 10 x 3

DB alternating front raise
15 x 10 x 3

Cardio on the stairmaster.
30 mins
ave hr 139
max hr 162
