It's been a long time since I did early morning cardio. Busy busy day. I probably wont be able to lift today, but wanted to make sure I got the cardio in.

30 mins stairmaster
ave hr 133
max hr 147
cals 300

Obviously I wasn't able to crank it up on the stairmaster at 5:30 in the morning like I can later in the day.

Time for coffee.
