Owwww. That's all I can say. I did a high volume leg circuit and then practiced the step portion of my class. The new release of the class has a ton of squats, lunges and skaters in it.

I didnt really keep track of the weight. It was fairly light (didnt need to be heavy!) and a lot was BW.

Squats x 15 x 4 rounds

SLDL holding a yoga block between my thighs x 15 x 4

TRX front crossover lunges x 10 x 4

TRX rear crossover lunges x 10 x 4

Pop squats x 30 x 4
