Shoulder workout was less than spectacular today. My right shoulder is barking at me again despite my massage on Thurs. I'll have to give it a good icing and some biofreeze to see if it helps.

55 x 10 x 4

Superset: DB lateral raise & DB front raise
laterals
10 x 15 x 3
front raise
12 x 12 x 3

Superset: DB shoulder press & DB rear delts
Shoulder press
20 x 10 x 2
Rear delts
15 x 1 1/2....gave up.

Those hurt way too much so I finished up with some band work....lateral and rear delts.

Cardio was more practice for the step part of my class.....gotta learn it and it doesnt seem to be sinking in.
