Changing up the workouts.....I actually hired a trainer to lay out my workouts. I just have too much sh*t on my plate lately and my workouts are lacking creativity and progress.

We worked out a 3 day split to start but he threw in a couple of functional workouts if I want to use them too.

I chose to start with the functional workout. He has me starting with Legs but surprisingly my legs are still "wicked" sore from Friday's workout. I also came in early to take Step class. Getting better at this each week.

Step class:
1 hr
ave hr 133
max hr 162
680 cals

Functional workout had 4 rounds.....no rest between exercises only between rounds.

45 second intervals for each exercise. 9 exercises in the circuit

max hr 157
500 cals
