I did a functional/core circuit today and threw in 5 min intervals of cardio on the stairmaster. It went something like this.....

plank

mountain climbers

db shoulder press on bosu

renagade rows

squat jumps

pike on stability ball

scissor kicks

3 rounds took me 40 mins

ave hr 142

max hr 159
