NY was awesome. The conference was great. Lots of lectures and active training sessions. I stayed at the Westin Hotel in Times Square and it had a pretty decent gym so I was able to get some workouts and cardio in each day.

Lots of shopping and dining as well. I ate well even when out.

One of the guest speakers was Ali Vincent from the Biggest Loser. She was the first female winner. She's an absolute doll! Cute as all hell. We chatted a bit after her talk and she's coming to Mass in Oct to run a 5K with some other contestants. I'm going to run it with my 15 yr old son Mike. I hope, lol! I hate hate hate running, but I'm trying to give Mike something to focus on and this would be a great goal for him.
