Step class this morning. I thought I was cruising along pretty good, finally getting these damm steps down. Then Bam! New step pattern.....ok, once again, I was just standing and watching. Lol! What the heck is a mambo with a 6 point diagonal?

Anyway, I manage to burn 600+ cals, so I was happy.

Legs this afternoon.

Hack squat
180 x 10 x 2

squat: (2 rounds - no rest except to add a plate, rest after set)
add-a-plate
95 x 6
115 x 6
135 x 6
155 x 6

Leg press:
3 plates each side
12 reps x 4 sets

Reverse barbell lunges (no rest except to change weight, rest after set)
yo-yo sets.

3 rounds of....
85 x 8
65 x 10
85 x 6

Wall sit
2:30
1:55
