I was putting off my workout all day. Just because of the way I've been feeling all week. I decided not to stick to a plan lifting, and just get in there and do some sets. I didnt try to set any records, just pounded out some reps and then hit the stairmaster.

Deads, wide grip pull downs, DB pullovers, DB curls and bb curls.
