Just cardio today. I had a crazy day at the gym and I didnt even have clients. Staff meetings, new equipment, reps......long. Missed my son's ball game.

Came home and did my cardio on the crapmaster
30 mins
ave hr 127
max hr 145
310 cals.

Leg were beat, I couldnt even get my heartrate up tonight. Leg day tomorrow....that should be interesting.

Hopefully I can spend a couple of quality hours with Dan on our anniversary before I fall asleep.
