Ab circuit this morning.
Med ball torso rotation ss w/cable crunch
4 sets of 15 each

Pike on bench & stability ball
3 sets of 10

Ball crunch ss w/plank
4 sets of 25 and 4 planks til failure

cardio today was 15 mins of jumproping (I'm getting a little better) and 15 mins HIIT on the you know what.
30 mins total
