Great push workout yesterday. I keep plugging along. Energy has been pretty good most days lately.

decline chest press on smith
4 drop sets at different reps/weights

seated db military press
7 sets varying reps

seated db lateral raise ss/ with bb military press
DB 4 sets x 20 reps
BB 4 sets x variying reps

skull crushers
4 sets variying reps

I ran out of time for cardio. I managed to squeeze in 20 mins on the Jacobs Ladder and planned on getting back to it after my last group training session last night.

I ended up getting a call from my oldest son who's graduating in a couple of weeks. I went to see him after work and didnt get home until 11 so no 2nd cardio.

I forgot to wear my watch too, but I was crankin' on the ladder.
