I"m spent today. Leg day was tough, all high reps and supersets. Cardio tonight was just torture. Ha!


BB reverse lunges ss with squats
lunges 10 reps each legs x 4 sets
squats 20 reps x 4 sets

Leg press ss with BB stationary lunges
leg press x 20 reps x 4 sets
lunges 20 reps each leg x 4 sets

leg ext
10 reps
12 reps
15 reps
20 reps

Toast!

Cardio on the crapmaster. It's hot and humid. Hit 100 today and I think my airconditioner and dehumidfier in the gym were having as hard a time as I was!
