Peak week is here finally! I can't wait to get on stage next weekend.

This morning's cardio was done on Jake.
30 mins
ave hr 145
max hr 156
361 cals

This afternoon's workout consisted of back & bis. Not a ton of energy, but overall it felt like a decent workout

NG pulldowns
12, 12, 15, 20 reps

DB row
15, 10, 20, 8 reps

Pull ups
quite a few rest pauses to get 4 sets of 10. Ha!

Incline DB curl ss with DB row
Curls
12, 10, 8 reps
DB row ascending sets
15, 12, 10 reps x 3 sets
