FB DB chest press
12, 12, 12, 25 reps

DB shoulder press ss with DB lateral raise
press
12, 12, 10, 20 reps
lateral raise
25 reps x 4 sets

DB skull crushers
15, 12, 12 reps

Push ups
3 sets just short of failure

Standing cable tri extension for time
30 seconds
45 seconds
60 seconds
