I have 11 weeks until my next show on the Cape. I have work to do and I'm ready to get it done. Workouts this week have consisted of some total body workouts and light cardio.

I have to learn new releases of my classes which I've completely forgotten over the course of the past week. So that's taken a precedence this week and weekend.

Back in the gym tomorrow for the fun stuff!
