Another summary….are you all sick of hearing from me yet?

I had a blast Saturday. I think it was the most fun I had at a show yet. Just a lot of great friends, new and old, great camaraderie with the competitors etc. Dan was able to go home in the afternoon to bring Michael back. It was great having him there! It was definitely a long day. Got to the show at 9:00 am and waited outside in the cold for a long check in process. Weighed in and was in the heavyweight class at 121.3 woohoo! I was on stage with some great women. I took first place in my class. Tried to battle it out with the lightweight winner, but she won the overall and her WNBF pro status. And she well deserves her title. She has a phenomenal physique. I think I was home by 9:00 with my Bison burger on the grill. Oh and I did too much shopping at the show….but got a couple of cute workout outfits, lol…..again! Oh and the pumpkin stuffed French toast at Parkers Maple Barn is absolutely delicious….I’m still stuffed!

It was a great way to end the season although I had a couple of ambitious friends (and effin' gorgeous....have you met Tyler English or Jordan Chabinsky?) trying to convince me to go to the Worlds next weekend in NY. The were both very enticing and hey what’s one more week. But I’m ready for a productive off season. I’m ready to eat and build. I have work to do in order to compete with the Pros. Dan’s birthday is next weekend. I can’t wait to spend the day with my sweetie, not having to worry about what time I have to eat, what I have to eat, and when I have to work out and do cardio. It’ll be SUCH a relaxing day!

Thanks for all your well wishes and support. It means a lot to me and you all keep me fired up along the way!

I had a great season back after being on hiatus for 2 years. I plan on working super crazy hard this offseason and come back with a vengence next year! You'll see a bigger, leaner, badder Julie!
