I had a heavy back/shoulders workout today. The workout felt good but my back doesn't seem to be liking the after affects. Lots of knots and pretty locked up. I can't put my left arm over my head. Not a good thing.

Wide grip pull downs:
100 x 6
110 x 6
110 x 6
110 x 6

Reverse grip pull down
130 x 2

Assisted pull ups for 20 - rest pause style
40 lbs x 20 (10, 3, 2, 2 3)

DB pullover
50 x 6
50 x 6
50 x 6
50 x 5

60 x 2

seated rows (not sure on the weight)
70? lbs x 20


HS shoulder press
50 x 6
60 x 6
60 x 5
60 x 5
70 x 2

Rear delts on the pec dec
60 x 10, 50 x 10ish...not sure


Cardio was done on the stairmaster. I didn't have a great session because my back was nagging me from the earlier workout.

20 mins intervals
ave hr 133
175 cals
