Chest workout today was quick. I had about 40 mins to get the workout done, make a shake, shower and get back toc lients.

HS chest press
45's x 10 x 3
35's x 10 x 1

Tri set x 4 rounds
Incline DB fly
25 x 15
Incline DB press
25 x 15
Rope push down
75 x 10-15 x 3

Cardio is on deck.....

Not a great cardio session in me tonight. Tired and legs felt like lead. Tomorrow will be better.
