Great push workout today. I was actually having trouble drinking my shake after my workout. I was shaking so much I could barely get the straw in my mouth! Lol.

Declind DB chest press drop sets x 4 rounds

15 reps, drop weight, 10 more reps

Seated DB shoulder press x 7 sets
